	Description:		In this episode Matt and Mike discuss what they need to do better, specifically what questions you should be asking yourself in a self assessment such as - Am I on track? - What are my strengths? - What are our biggest priorities right now? - etc. By asking these questions of yourself and your team, you'll be able to see where you need to improve and create a plan that will help you reach those improvement goals. These goals can be personal ones, so something like - I need to be calmer when an issue happens at work - or something more professional like - I need to learn a new technology before that next project starts.
