Sam Acho is a former NFL linebacker who played for the Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Buffalo Bills, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played college football at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a two-time First-Team All-Big 12 selection and a two-time Academic All-American. Acho was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He is also a writer, speaker, and humanitarian, known for his books, “Change Starts with You” and "Let the World See You" and his advocacy for social justice and global causes. Acho emphasizes the importance of authenticity, empathy, and action in creating a better world.
