Rewrite the approval rules if that process is holding you back. Sit down with the people who are on the approval process and align what is critical for them to see and what they can trust you to take care of. Also, make a rule that if you don't hear from certain people in a certain amount of time, you are ultimately the one who's responsible for getting comms live regardless of the feedback you might get. It comes with some risk, but it is also how the trust is built.
