I am at peace with my past. I exist in the present moment, and that makes me free. I accept my past, because each experience contributed to my unique journey- to my growth, evolution, strength, and character.
I am bravely moving on from everything that no longer serves me. I am boldly letting go of anything that holds me back, weighs me down, or dulls my light; including negative thoughts, self-limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, or habits. Every experience has taught me valuable lessons and has made me all the wiser.
I transmute any lingering pain into purpose. I release the need to be right and give myself permission to heal. I am allowed to move on. My past does not define my present and it certainly does not hold power over my future - It is off my plate now- the weight is lifted from my shoulders. It feels so good to let go. I am allowed to put myself first. I have permission to do what is best and right for me. I embrace change confidently and courageously, finding comfort in the new.
I trust that everything happens for the highest good, and I’m ok with not having all of the answers right now. I find comfort and excitement looking ahead to the next chapter. I am ready to turn the page, and I surrender to the adjustment phase ahead of me. It’s time for me to move on and move up in life. I trust that everything in my life is unfolding perfectly, according to the best and greatest plan. The past is over and today is bright. Moving on & moving on up!
