In this episode I want to share a different perspective on the symptoms we associate with depression. I feel fortunate to have had people around me that believed in spirituality and energy healing when I was waking up to my sensitive, spiritual self. It breaks my heart to hear lightworkers, empaths and spiritual warriors (whatever term you use) having been declared as mentally ill just for questioning the illusions we have been sold.
