Santa Monica, CA. March 16, 2008. 21-year-old Juliana Redding was found strangled to death in her bungalow apartment. When authorities arrived to the scene they smelled gas and saw a candle. Not only was Juliana murdered, but whoever was responsible had intended to blow the crime scene up.
