	Description:		Slightly belated greetings and congratulations to the Scouts of Kyiv on the occasion of Scout-Guide Week. ----more---- Scouter Ken was asked if his Scout Group could offer up a video of their youth saying congratulations to the Scouts of Kyiv (and, in particular, the Stay Away patrol thereof) during Scout-Guide Week (which just concluded). Unfortunately, time and other constraints interfered to prevent such a video from being made...so in compensation, here's a short little congratulatory clip, released in the podcast feed instead.
