	Description:		Andrea Bowling Perdue and her husband, Doug, have focused much of their dog therapy ministry on Central State Psychiatric Hospital in Petersburg, Virginia. Sitka and Nanuq are the first dogs from the outside world (not belonging to a Doctor or staff member) certified to enter this facility. Most human owners of therapy dogs are afraid to enter psychiatric facilities but Andrea says there is a tremendous need and that she and Doug have been privileged to see people speak or smile for the first time!
