OK, he got down on a bended knee, popped the question and you have said YES! Now you have a beautiful engagement ring on your finger. Both of you have talked about the love your have for each other, few, however, mention what really matters: Money. I know this may sound a bit cold-hearted, but true never the less.
Before you set a wedding date, start shopping for your gown, finding a caterer, book a hotel banquet room to have your reception at, come join me to discuss the four (4) steps you need to take before you say “I DO”.
1.What are your assets and liabilities.
2. What is your money history.
3. How financial duties should be divided.
4. Should you combine or keep separate accounts.
What launched my career as a consumer credit and debt collection specialist? A bruising and unsettling experience with a major credit reporting agency and a local debt collection agency over an $8.34 medical bill, which I was completely unaware of. Since I was enrolled in paralegal studies at the time, I began to study credit reporting law and debt collection law. Soon after graduation from the University of Florida Paralegal Studies School, I became a credit and debt collection abuse advocate for the people. Abuse by collection agencies, collection law firms and bad debt buyers have reached an all-time new high.
I am a credit, debt collection, identity theft specialist, legal investigator, estate planning and asset protection specialist with New Century Legal Center, and a legal services & investigations office. It is a sad fact of society that identity theft is on the rise and people need a qualified person to turn to.
