The unprecedented dissent has been spurred by the government's hardline zero-Covid policies. But also by what many see as the prospect of unending lockdowns going into the the future. Political scientist and China expert Anne-Marie Brady spoke to Corin Dann from France, where she has been closely following the growing turmoil in East Asia and its possible impact on New Zealand.
