Description: In the US, it looks like it will be a record turnout in Georgia's Senate runoff. Already more than 400,000 early votes have been been cast. None of the candidates received the 50 percent majority required to take the seat in the general election. Washington correspondent Caroline Malone spoke to Guyon Espiner.
