Description: A longstanding mural of David Bowie in downtown Wellington has been replaced with one paying tribute to Fat Freddy's Drop band member Chris Faiumu, who died last year. The mural, which was painted over the course of about 4 days by street artists Owen Dippie and Otis Frizzell was completed yesterday. Krystal Gibbens reports.
