- She expected me to marry a rich man and I did not.
- They still get to see the Colosseum, but they also get to have a 91-year-old woman teach them how to make pasta.
- I was so consumed with what the world thought of me...not only does it not matter what they think, they get to have that.
- We're dysfunctional, but we're a family.
- For me, I was just flailing around in this new business/world and I couldn't anchor myself...so I started asking for help.
- Not only did I have to ask for help, but I had to accept it as well without feeling like I was failing.
- The way you allow yourself to ask for permission and to accept it, is in my mind now, the equivalent of the quality of the symphony you orchestrate.
- Each child has their own challenges and each marriage has their own heartaches and struggles.
- When you accept the music from their world...without expectations...we'll be kinder to each other.
- Women need to rise up and help each other - its time for that.
- We have the right to step outside the boundaries we create.
- It's important that we support each other and knowing each other is the key to that.
- The first time I spoke to a businesswoman in my group - I was shaking so hard that the glasses I was wearing bounced on my nose.
- Be happy and fulfilled during the journey.
- Being me was forbidden and that had to change.
