Jer's back from Chicago and has big thoughts on some false arguments we're making back home in Detroit on transit... to making sure we're investing in projects for the people to the importance of even some density (duplex and triplexes, not giant apartment buildings). After all, if the government is going to give cash... shouldn't we be investing in infrastructure that benefits us all than direct to a multi-national's pocket book?
