Hello friends! Thanks for coming back for the 5th episode of the Adventure Strong Podcast!
This episode is coming to you from Suwon, South Korea. Things have been going really well. One of the reasons I chose to come to Korea is for the hiking. There are mountains everywhere with tons of trails.
So far, I’ve hiked both the mountains in my city. Now I’ll be branching out to nearby mountains around Seoul. Eventually, I’ll make my way East to Seoraksan which is considered to be the most beautiful place in Korea.
Another benefit of all these trails is the mountain biking! I haven’t ridden any of the trails yet. Many of them have staircases, so I need to find the trails with no stairs.

Thanks again for listening! Until next time, take a hike.

My kids get a huge kick out of hearing me speak Korean. So after hearing me say a few things, these two girls came in early and spent some time teaching me how to introduce myself and ask someone’s name.
