Two-Brain Radio: The Kolbe Index With Brian Alexander
Brian Alexander is a Two-Brain mentor and the owner CrossFit Illumine in Niles, Illinois. He's also a Kolbe-certified consultant who helps business owners, leaders and teams implement the Kolbe test and interpret its results to better structure and lead their teams for success.
The Kolbe Index is a scientifically validated assessment that measures a person's conativ strengths, or his or her instinctive way of doing things. As Brain describes is, it's "how somebody uniquely initiates their problem solving when free to be themselves."
In this episode of Two-Brain Radio, Brain breaks down the Kolbe Index, explaining where it came from, what it measures and how gym owners—or leaders of any kind—can use it to improve the functionality of their teams.
