	Description:		Melanie Cullen possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Melanie worked as Purchasing/Materials Manager for a number of San Diego companies in electronic manufacturing. The last major position was at Monitor Labs in 1989 when she left the work force to run her family and operate a floral design business from the home. In 1993, she along with her husband Richard Cullen started RV Power products from their home garage. Melanie ran the day to day operations from home and in 2001, the company moved to their present corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Vista, CA. The company was also renamed Blue Sky Energy, Inc. to be reflective of the industry they are in. Presently, Melanie continues as V.P of Operations and Marketing, but primarily focuses on new product releases, sales marketing issues, new and existing customers.
