	Description:		Zan Dubin-Scott is president of ZDS Communications, a public relations and marketing agency specializing in sustainability and the environment. Dubin-Scott launched the agency after a decade as a Los Angeles Times staff writer (and five years as a full-time correspondent for the paper). As a co-founding board member of Plug In America and the organization’s communications director, she sustains its position as the nation’s leading source of independent, expert information and opinion about the global plug-in electric vehicle industry. She launched, co-conceived, planned, executed and publicized, in partnership with Plug In America and the Sierra Club, National Drive Electric Week, an annual showcase promoting plug-in vehicles. The event drew tens of thousands of attendees to separate events in nearly 100 cities for its third iteration in 2013.
