Bill Daily is best known for first playing Major Roger Healey in the 1960’s hit I Dream of Jeannie and then  did what few actors have ever done.  He had another hit series a few years later in The Bob Newhart Show as Howard Borden. Bill Daily was the quintessential supporting actor.  He was the guy who made the leading characters even more important because they reacted to him.  He also made everything funnier.
