The key to identifying self-sabotage is catching your thoughts before you allow them to form your reality.  In order to process your thoughts you have to actually be able to see them for what they are, and most of the time those thoughts are circling around fear due to past experiences.

If you’re not seeing the results in your business it’s you.  Shifting your mindset into believing that you actually deserve this and being totally unapologetic about it is THE thing standing in-between you and whatever it is that you desire.  

Allowing yourself to be supported and working with a higher power can produce so much change in your business.  Asking for support and prosing the question, “How can this be easy?” can create massive change in the behavior that you bring to your business.
