Description: Molly Blomeley is a fitness and nutrition coach that specializes in helping people feel comfortable and confident with their fitness and nutrition goals. After an autoimmune disease diagnosis herself she began turning her attention towards the nutrition side of fighting her disease. She has been able to help countless patients fight back from a place of pain and frustration to a place where they can feel whole again. She is a mother of two teenagers and one adorable cat. She has built her legacy with my girls and both have a role in her multiple businesses.

From very early on Molly chose to surround herself with phenomenal people. It was a conscious choice on her part to make sure that excellence was around her at all times.

Something that keeps Molly moving is continually moving. If she’s caught up in an obstacle that isn’t making sense, or a topic that is tripping her up, she’ll switch gears and work on something else. She finds that when she moves away from that frustration, and then comes back to it after a period of time, when she comes back to it, everything is much clearer and she’s able to work on it.

While Molly views her brick and mortar and her online business very differently, there are distinct similarities between the three, it’s just a different avenue for her to help and serve her clients. Something that she loves is the in-person connection that she has with her brick and mortar and how she can actually touch and talk to her clients face to face. And that has been something she has really enjoyed and found to be very impactful about the Legacy Mastermind, the in-person retreats. When you can actually sit and talk to someone who is similarly ambitious as you are, the connection is much deeper and the friendships last beyond the individual programs.

Molly’s legacy is showing her daughters that they can literally do anything they want to do. Money, excuses, and fear aren’t good enough reasons to not pursue you dreams.
