More About Stephanie Murphy

Stephanie teaches management courses to graduate students at McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Louisiana Tech University.

Until recently, Dr. Stephanie Murphy led strategic analytics projects at Dell and delivered key data insights and research to inform global talent decisions. Previously, Stephanie led Dell's employee listening strategy and developed and implemented assessments across the company.
