Prior to joining SEDNA, Hessie scaled award-winning challenger Starling Bank from pre-banking license through hypergrowth, before taking on a Chief of Staff role and running business banking delivery. She gained a solid grounding in all things People during her time at Mercer, British Gas, and Centrica, which also gave her an appreciation for the pitfalls of managing transactions via email in large scale enterprise. |
