	Description:		In the 200th episode of the HRchat show, we welcome Steve Browne back to the show to share lessons for HR pros looking for ways to lead in uncertain times. Steve is the Vice President of Human Resources for LaRosa's Inc. - a regional Pizzeria restaurant chain in Southwest Ohio with 12 locations and over 1,100 Team Members. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Board of Directors and has held several other national, regional, state, and local SHRM volunteer leadership roles. Steve facilitates a monthly HR Roundtable as well as an HR internet forum, called the HR Net, which reaches over 12,500+ people globally each week. He’s very active on social media and has an internationally recognized HR blog. He is the author of “HR on Purpose !!” which looks at Human Resources from a fresh, positive and intentional perspective. In it, Steve called on HR professionals to take ownership of who they were and what they did in their roles in organizations. In his new book, “HR Rising !!”, he’s urging pros to take the next step from Ownership to Leadership.
