You graduated, you got a great job, started a family, you had kids, and now you've turned around you said Holy smokes I forgot to buy real estate along the way. Well what better lesson than, you know, it's almost kind of sit the family down and make it a family project. Hey guys we're going to not eat out three times this month so that I can save up money to hire a coach because I need to get into real estate investing or we're not going to go we're not going to buy sodas at Dollywood. we're going to you know just get water at the fountain and we're going to save enough money over the summer to buy some real estate. And that way we can all learn as a family how to buy real estate. Think about if your parents had taken you kind of by the hand when you were 8 9 11 years old and said OK guys we're going to start buying real estate family project we're going to buy real estate when we go on vacation or we're going to look at properties we're going to put deals in.
