Last week we talked about kind of how to set some goals and what you're going to look for in real estate what kind of deals you're looking for. When people call me a lot of times they want to tell me more than I need to know. What kind of information am I looking for? Leave me your name and address and phone number and I'll call you back when I can. I like to call sellers back between seven and eight in the morning 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. is prime time for me to be talking to sellers and I'll line them up in about 15 minute blocks so I can talk to you about your property for 15 minutes, and a lot of times I can tell you by the end of those 15 minutes of it's something I even want to set up an appointment to come and see or not. I really like empty houses. I love empty houses. OK. An empty house can be a vacant house, it could be a house that, say you get transferred and you have to leave and they want you on the job like next week. House is empty. Call me. Don't be making payments on an empty house or say you're a landlord and you're tired of land-lording and you're going to kick your tenants out. |
