We've been talking about how you can buy houses how I buy houses what I need to know what I don't need to know. But you know most of them probably do need to know when I say that I don't really care about your story when you call and I just want the facts. What I really mean is just the facts. I really just want the facts. It is kind of important in the story that if you tell me your grandfather built this house and then the you know the foundation started to buckle or there was water keep and keep going into the house then that is kind of important part of your story. But ultimately the story doesn't affect me as much as you might think it does. I'm not paying for your memories. I'm paying for the product and the product in this position is the house.
