We're back with Julie in the studio this morning we're talking about landlording and we're going to be talking about some pros and cons. If I was a mom/paw landlord you know I don't know if this is true or not but I keep hearing that there's landlords who don't run applications on their tenants. That was a bad decision and I think it's because they're not set up. They don't understand they can see the benefits of it but they're not set up for it like I know when I run a credit application I do credit when I run a tenant application. I do a credit check a criminal history check a past landlord experience and employment verification. Yes. Also in there I get like three other different things. You know if they're on the sex offender list or if they've had any kind of evictions in their past there's lots of other things get thrown in on it. |
