I'm going to get back to the pyramid scheme in real estate the base level the bottom layer of the pyramid is agricultural land. In my opinion everything starts as agriculture land because that's kind of how we started it was trees or grass when we got here, and we've built it up into cities and different stuff since then.

Then we go to residential land, and I mean if you look around, you think everything is residential like there's just houses everywhere. Then you notice that there's some people making some money and that is zoned commercial. And I'm talking about you know apartment complexes are commercial, trailer parks or on commercial land McDonald's is on commercial land.
