	Description:		Stephen Smith is the Founder and CEO of Kitman Labs, the sports technology and analytics company setting a new industry standard for how elite sports organizations use data. Stephen founded Kitman Labs in 2012 and now lives in Palo Alto, CA where he focuses on expanding Kitman Labs in elite US sports. His areas of expertise include injury assessment, rehabilitation and analytics and he has a strong interest in the use of technology and emerging trends in sport science to further enhance sport science and medicine. Previously he worked with Leinster Rugby as a Sports Injury Rehabilitation Coach within the Strength & Conditioning Department between 2008-2014. Stephen holds a Higher Diploma in Human Physiology and Health Science, a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation and an MSc in Football Rehabilitation.
