With the Hebrew word Shema inscribed on the back, the lister, Kevin Mannis, wove an intricate story of a Jewish Holocaust survivor and a demon trapped in a wine box. The Internet flew into a rage, fascinated and sickened by the idea of a box so terrible, and dybbuk boxes came to life. This is the first mention of a dybbuk box in history, but these creatures of Jewish folklore have existed for centuries... Make no mistake, Kevin Mannis created the Dybbuk Box. He probably didn't expect the avalanche-like cult following that would come from it...Neither did the Jewish community, which suddenly had to take up arms to combat the raging misinformation and antisemitism that spread like a wildfire as a result.
