From urban package deliveries, to minbus ride-sharing, an autonomous Tesla Robovan has massive potential. Rivian's electric delivery van concept has delivered 10,000 units to Amazon and on the cusp of expanding to numerous other companies (like AT&T). Elon Musk has hinted at a highly configurable robovan concept for people and cargo in the past. If he does indeed launch it, I think it would crush Rivian's model and could quickly ramp to 100,000s of units per year between package delivery, camper vans and urban ridesharing/minibus. Tesla's advantage in battery costs and manufacturing would give it a key edge in this market. What do you think of a Tesla Robovan/Cybervan?
