	Description:		The Department of Veterans Affairs is still struggling with its new electronic health record one year after deploying it to the first site last October. Survey results from employees in Spokane, Washington, show satisfaction with the new system remains low. The department said it's planning to deploy the new EHR to a second site this coming February. But members of Congress said VA is moving on before fully resolving problems at the first site, where employee morale and productivity are deteriorating.
