Down at Rogers Centre we kick off the hour with Dan Shulman in the booth who dishes on media room lasagna and the competition between hitters during BP. Today, Vladdy J hit one off the hotel above the jumbotron. Then the story about the nasty Seattle road trip and how a slump ahead of the trade deadline at least gives you an out. Next (25:00) we catch up with Elliotte Friedman who explains how things fell apart between Jack Campbell and the Leafs. There was one offer on the goalie's part that was way high and the Leafs were not willing to go there. We close (38:00) with Ben Wagner with us in the broadcast booth and the Jays pithing has been a focus but the hitting has also been sub-par. They are getting quantity but not quality. So many solo HRs and not enough timely hitting.
