He has been studying and researching decision-making behaviour in the context of money management for several years now, first starting as a choice architect at RBC and then helping to set up the Experience Design & Research Practice group there. He followed this up with helping build a similar centre of expertise for RBC Ventures. Before RBC, Anush spent time in Advertising and founding a news aggregator startup called WePower. Matt Barrington, Co-Founder of Wellspent Matt is the Co-Founder of Wellspent, a personal money management & journaling app, under the RBC Ventures umbrella. For the better part of the past decade, he has led innovative projects in the personal finance space, spanning from the creation of a youth financial literacy and entrepreneurship program in partnership with WE DAY to Co-leading the Strategic Design Practice at RBC Ventures - helping identify and solve human problems across the widest spectrum of money and finance. Before joining RBC, Matt was running a branded content agency called Fennly.
