James Topp is the Canadian military reservist who spoke out against the forced removal of hundreds of unvaccinated CAF members while in uniform. Topp was facing 2 charges for doing so. Now facing four additional charges of conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline laid by the CAF under the National Defence Act. Topp also walked across Canada protesting vaccine mandates for military personnel and federal employees. CPC leader Pierre Poilievre walked with Topp in Ottawa.
