	Description:		State of readiness of the CAF as the threat to Canada's claims of Arctic sovereignty will likely be tested. - Also CAF nowhere near its personnel requirements. - Our military hardware is insufficient, old and not what CAF members need to defend Canada and/or project military strength through our NATO alliance. - The PBO projects cost for Canada's 15 new warships to be $88 billion. Last year's estimate was $77 billion. Fedgov set budgeted for $60 billion. - We're woefully behind in our NATO commitments and being held to account by NATO and the U.S.- As well, the level of international threat.
