The nation was on a knife's edge emotionally as we appeared ready to lose to the Soviets. Then Paul Henderson scored the winning goal in the final three games and rescued our national pride. Still Henderson is not in the Hockey Hall of Fame. What is more 'famous' than the three winning goals Henderson scored in the Summit Series.
