There was a history of lung disease in the family of Jeff “COPD” Waters. He ended up with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and was on 22 pharmaceutical drugs at one point. When he was hospitalized in Oklahoma nearly 4 years ago he was put into a medically induced coma. The doctors said if he had waited another 24 hours for treatment he would have died. But after starting cannabis oil, his health improved dramatically.
