	Description:		It was brought to my attention that Danny Duggan posted a very nasty piece about me on his Facebook page. 13 months ago, Danny tricked me into giving him a large sum of money for one half of an insurance policy he claimed would allow RCW to return to Community Clubs . The City of Winnipeg said it did not meet their requirements. He refused to refund the money so I took him to court. After almost a year of delays on his part, rather than go to trial, he proposed an out of court settlement to pay back 60% of the money gave him in 3 monthly payments. His final payment was due on May 1st. He has made it clair in his post he is not willing to honour the out of court settlement that he proposed and agreed to. He's refused to return emails and voice messages, and has chosen instead to claim he is the victim.
