Gary Plock was a heckuva tennis player. Especially in 1978. In the NCAA individual tournament that year, Gary and Kevin Curren beat Bill Maze & John McEnroe in the semi-finals. Gary recalls that match and a few other memorable stories from that year at the U of Texas. A recent UT Hall of Fame inductee and 2 time All-American, Gary played #1 ahead of both Curren and Steve Denton.
