We then take a serious turn and talk about Mental Health Awareness, as this time of year can be very difficult for many people. We are joined by a special guest and friend of the show Mithron Scarlet, who was kind enough to join us on the subject. We hope our stories are able to help someone out there, and that talking publicly about it will help to lessen the stigma of Mental Illness.
