Episode 22 is joined by the amazing storyteller Sonny Mayo (Snot, Sevendust, (hed)planet earth, Vanilla Ice, Ugly Kid Joe) to look back on his time in AMEN and the recording of their 1999 self titled album (released on Roadrunner Records and produced by Ross Robinson).

And why stop there? Along with an AMEN deep dive, Episode 22 explores Sonny’s experience leaving SNOT after the recording of "Absent", writing and recording the Vanilla Ice / Ross Robinson produced “Hard To Swallow” (1998), joining (hed)planet earth to tour their infamous “Blackout” record, sobriety & Rock to Recovery with Wes Geer and leaving AMEN after touring Australia's Big Day Out Festival.
