Bennett has written law journal articles about the application of machine learning and document analysis to ediscovery and other legal transactions. In this first part in a series of podcasts, Bennett discusses the discovery process and how data analysis techniques came to be used by the legal world. His unique insights on the value of the file system as a knowledge asset as well as his perspective as an attorney made for a really interesting discussion.
