Should you workout when you're tired? There are two things to dissect in this question and I'll cover both. - If you're tired/fatigued from not sleeping, life, stress, etc... should you workout?
- If you're avoiding certain workouts because certain body parts are tired (i.e. legs are tired so should you run on tired/sore legs?)
