In the previous lesson, you learned how to say that you are an English speaker, that you don’t speak French well (yet) and you’d like people to speak slower. Today, we are going over the verb ‘to speak’ and ‘to not speak’. We’ll start with conjugation patterns for -ER verbs, we’ll learn about negative sentences and questions. And a little practice to review all you’ve learned so far.

Conjugation of PARLER - TO SPEAK
French verbs do follow a pattern. This worksheet is about verbs that end in –ER in their infinitive form.
We will take PARLER as an example here. First, separate the root from the ending. The ending is -ER, so what’s left – PARL- – is the root.
