Man has it within his power to control his destiny to a great extent. He may shape and select the events of his life in about ninety percent of the cases and predetermine what his future shall be. The instrument through which he does this is the power of his mind. There are actually five mental agents which you may use to control your destiny. But first, before we study these thoroughly, let us define what we mean by the word Destiny. The dictionary defines destiny as: "The inevitable succession of events. One's fortune, or fate." You may not be able to choose your parents, or the shape and size of your body, the color of your hair or eyes, but these are not destiny. No matter with what limitations you were born, you can do something with your mind to determine the inevitable succession of events, and thus shape your fortune or fate. |
