Neville Goddard 6/16/1969 In the nature of things, it is impossible for any child born of woman to go unredeemed. When I say “I am,” I am proclaiming all that is divine in my flesh. How then can God cast away that which is the “I” in me, the “I” that constitutes me? He will be casting away himself as useless, and that is impossible. Does it teach this in scripture? Yes it does. All the little statements in scripture, all the little stories are parables. The life of Christ is a parable. We must distinguish between the story as it is told and the message that it intends to tell. So we are told in the 18th chapter of the gospel of Matthew: “And calling a child, he put him into the midst of them…See that no one despises these little ones; for I tell you that in heaven always they behold the face of my Father who is in heaven” (Mat.18:1,10). |
