For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

 

Here we will open ourselves to receive. Much of what we do with meditation and prayer is asking. But we must put ourselves in a state of receiving.

 

Here I put you in a relaxed state and put you in the state to ask and to receive.
