Deep Sleep Meditation - Sleeping With The Psalms

This is a lovely collection of the most powerful psalms to use for a sleep meditation.  I read Psalms 4,16, 23, 57,65, 72,90,91, 111, 112, 113 and 150

The Psalms have magical power and will work whether you believe or not. Each word carries vibrational resonance that can be felt in your bones with ancestral memory.
